Quick and easy! Just threw together some fresh stuff from the fridge!
chopped romaine lettuce
diced fresh tomato
2 T plain hummus (70 kcal)
1 oz pepper jack cheese (110 kcal)
1 T light raspberry vinaigrette (15 kcal)
