The 12 Days of Fitness

So many people are looking for extra accountability to their fitness goals through the holidays! It can be a tough time of year to stay active and eat right.. The weather gets colder, the food gets sweeter and savorier, and days get busier.  This is why I'm offering the 12 Days of Fitness Holiday Challenge, to help keep all of us (myself included) feeling good this holiday season!  The Challenge will begin Saturday December 14th, and run though Christmas on the 25th. Every challenger will commit to one healthy behavior of their choice for the 12 days, as well as participate in each "Day of Fitness" challenge.  This is a fun FREE way to stay on track!
