Healthy Holidays Challenge Group

What do you think about feeling GREAT this holiday season? Instead of feeling bloated with the sugar and sweets that never seem to end, let's create a system where we can still ENJOY what this time of year has to offer while finding a balance so we can stay on track with our health and fitness goals.

The Healthy Holidays Challenge will begin November 4th and last four weeks though December 1st.

3 Things are Expected of Each Challenger:

1. PRESS PLAY! Commit to a workout program of your choice.  There are a variety of programs for different goals and fitness levels – Let’s talk, I can help you decide!

2. A Shake a Day.  Your challenge pack comes with a 30 day supply of Shakeology.  You pick the flavor and meal to use it for!

3. Keep it REAL. As part of the group you will be one of a few others working to conquer their goals.  We will share, motivate, discuss challenges and successes, and encourage within our private Facebook group.

We will also be creating a healthy holiday survival guide along the way for you to have at the end of the challenge!
